A new law or hospital IT system is not required. If you have an Android phone, you have everything you need to own your medical record.

Capture in seconds

Point your phone camera at any paper document. The app handles cropping, compression, and upload.

AI structures the record

A vision model extracts medications, diagnoses, lab values, allergies, and visit notes from photos of handwritten and printed documents.

Review and correct

Every extracted field shows the source image and confidence level. You can edit anything the AI misread before it becomes part of your record.

Emergency profile

Store your blood type, chronic conditions, current medications, allergies, and emergency contact. Visible to providers in urgent situations.

Share codes

Generate a 6-character code at each visit. Single-use and time-limited. Only the provider with the code can view the record you chose to share.

Audit log

See who accessed your record and when. Every provider who used a share code appears in your access history.

Offline capture

Photograph records without network access. The app queues uploads and syncs when connectivity returns.

Private by design

What the provider sees

You control what a provider can access and for how long.

When you generate a share code, the provider gets a read-only view. They can see your medications, diagnoses, labs, and allergies. They can see the source document behind each field. They cannot edit, download the raw files, or access anything you didn't share.

Codes are single-use. Once used, the access window closes. Your data is never left open.
