What we store

Yanga.Health stores, on your behalf, photographs of medical documents you capture and the structured information that an AI extracts from them. This includes diagnoses, medications, lab results, vital signs, allergies, and free-text summaries.

Who can see your records

Only you can see your records by default. When you generate a share code, anyone with that code can view your record read-only until the code expires or is used once, whichever comes first. We do not share your records with hospitals, insurers, employers, or advertisers.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Photographs are stored in a private bucket accessible only with your authentication. Extraction is performed by Google Gemini; images and extracted text are transmitted to Google during extraction.

Your rights

You may delete any document from the app, which removes both the photograph and the extracted data. You may delete your account entirely by contacting us, which removes all your data from our systems.
